I had meant to send you a message earlier to let you know how very pleased we are with the job you did on our floors.

Your staff was professional, pleasant to be around and extremely talented. The job was done very well,  in the time frame you stated and we couldn't be happier. The additional area of wood which you installed looks like it has always been there and all of the refinishing is beautiful.

This was a totally new experience for me and I really appreciate all of your guidance and your patience with me.
